This is a hand-woven carpet made in Lahore. Punjab. Pakistan.

The base color is black with a pattern woven in two other colors. gray and white. giving it a chic look.

The patterns lined up in the center are called Bohara patterns and are models of elephant footprints and flowers blooming.
Weaving methods vary depending on the region and material. but the main feature of hand-woven carpets is the technique of tying the weft threads to the warp threads.

This carpet was custom-woven to be twice as thick as a regular Pakistani carpet. giving it a fluffy. soft texture like a Gabbeh carpet that you’ll want to touch forever.
