This is a hand-woven carpet made in Lahore. Punjab. Pakistan.

The geometric patterns unique to Pakistani carpets are beautiful. The oval patterns in the center are called Bohara patterns and are said to have been modeled after elephant footprints.

The signature of the studio is printed on the bottom left. The base color is red. and just looking at the carpet will make you feel enchanted.

The texture is so smooth you’ll want to touch it all the time. It’s small in size. so it’s also recommended for hanging in the entrance or on the wall.
