Pakistani carpet. approx. 32cm x 94cm

This is a hand-woven carpet woven in Lahore. Punjab. Pakistan. The base color is a gentle beige like hay. The carpet has grain and counter-grain. so the color changes depending on the direction you look at it. making it appear whitish as if it is bathed in sunlight. or a dark beige as if it is hiding in the shade.

It is a long and narrow piece that doesn’t take up much space and makes your room look neat.

Silk is used for the white parts to make the pattern look three-dimensional.

It has a beautiful luster and feels pleasant to the touch.
