Pakistani carpet 31cm x 184cm

This is a hand-woven carpet made in Lahore. Punjab. Pakistan.

The base color is a gentle shade of blue. The color changes depending on the direction you look at it. as it has both grain and counter-grain.

This is a very rare piece as the long and narrow size is not currently being woven.

Silk is used for the white parts to make the pattern look three-dimensional.

It has a beautiful luster and a smooth texture that you’ll want to touch forever.

The first four photos were taken outdoors. and the rest were taken indoors where there was plenty of light. Please use this as a reference for the colors.
