Expedited delivery: Expedited delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, but the specific time is also affected by the destination country/region and logistics company. 3.2 Delivery delays During holidays, special promotions (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or force majeure events (such as bad weather, epidemics, etc.), delivery delays may occur. We will do our best to ensure on-time delivery and notify you if there are significant delays.

Delivery issues and tracking 5.1 Delivery tracking After the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS, and you can use this tracking number to check the delivery status in real time. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact customer service in time and we will assist you in checking the delivery status of your order. 5.2 Delivery damage or loss If your goods are lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide photos or videos of the damage and the order number. We will assist you in applying for compensation from the logistics company or re-shipping for you.
