This is a hand-woven carpet made in Afghanistan.

We use Ghazni wool that is native to region of Afghanistan. and spin the yarn by hand.

The wool is dyed with . and the uneven coloring called abrasion is attractive because it is made from natural dyes. (*Abrasion refers to the gradation that inevitably occurs when natural dyes such as madder and indigo are added to the color of undyed wool.)

This carpet has a beautiful blue base and features plants. animals. etc. woven into it.

The pile is cut short so that you can use it comfortably all year round. and it feels refreshing against your skin.
